Terms & Conditions BEACH APARTMENTS ERA
Check-in is possible from 13:30 - 23:30. A notification is advisable in case of early check-in, whether it can be accepted or not. Check – out is possible until 10:30. The apartment will be cleaned prior to your arrival and the day of leaving. Extra cleaning service can be possible with an additional cost of 15,00 €. For stays longer than 7 days it is possible to have a free extra charge for linen and towels. All guests are required to leave the apartment in reasonable condition and must treat the property and its facilities with total respect. Guests are not allowed to host or offer accommodation to other people if not accepted and agreed with the proprietor as it may imply extra payment. Washing machine (available only in superior apt) should be used only for personal clothes, not for linen or towels of the property. Towels, linens, and blankets should not be used on the beach or everywhere outside the property. Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden. It is recommended not to crush mosquitoes in the walls. Additional fees will be applied in case of any furniture damage, loss of the keys, or catch in the act of smoking. The host should immediately communicate the proprietor for any malfunctioning, in order not to state further serious damage.
